Hatha Yoga Class

Enjoy an afternoon Hatha Yoga class with certified Kripalu yoga instructor Lori Houck-Ruffner. The class will feature a variety of basic yoga poses in a gentle stream of movement, combined with yogic breathing, attention to proper body alignment and simple relaxation techniques.  The class is open to all levels of experience.  Bring a yoga mat and blanket.

Classes will begin Thursday, February 11, 2010 at 1:30 pm to 2:30 pm. Classes will be held each Thursday for 8 weeks.

Classes will be held approximately 1/4 mile from Sonnewald’s Natural Foods at St. Paul’s United Church of Christ,  2173 Stoverstown Road, Spring Grove, PA 17262.

Register for the 8 week session or drop by and pay per class. The fee is $40 for the 8 week session or $7.00 per class for drop-ins.

Recycle Your Christmas Tree

The York County Solid Waste Authority will mulch your Christmas tree.  Drop off your Christmas tree during daylight hours, seven days a week, at the Authority’s Yard Waste Transfer Facility OR at William H. Kain County Park (Lake Redman Boat Launch area).  The recycle program will run now through January 31st for York County Residents. Visit the YCSWA website for more information.
