Local turkeys that were raised healthfully and humanely and now frozen are available at Sonnewald Natural Foods. Get them now while available, quantities are limited: (3) 20 lb.+ frozen Swissland Acres turkeys and (1) 20 lb. frozen turkey.

Jerusalem Artichokes

Jerusalem artichokes are available in the produce section! JA’s are a root vegetable and are also known as sunchoke or earth apple. The tubers have a potato-like texture often recommended as a potato substitute for diabetics. Stop by the store and pick up some JA’s and ask for a copy of the recipe sheet.
