I just finished this book. Awesome book for people struggling with diabetes but also a good read for anyone looking to improve their health. Has anyone downloaded his new cookbook?

I agree! Even if you're not diabetic, this is a great book to read!
It's very comprehensive and covers more than just diabetes.

I've downloaded his cookbook -- in some ways it's better than the book because it provides a lot more choices than just Brussel sprouts and broccoli :-)

But I didn't really like it as much as the original book -- until I received his update of the cookbook. I didn't realize that I would be receiving free updates of his cookbook! The new version is fantastic because it helps you with meal planning, and how to grocery shop, and how to use spices for different foods, and how to juice properly to stabilize your blood sugar or to lose weight. The new cookbook is over 300 pages with more than 200 recipes! I can't wait for the next update.

p.s. The story is so inspirational to me because the author credits God, his mother and his daughter for his miracualous recovery. He's on YouTube -- very funny man, but informative.

Hi,
Concerning the Death to Diabetes Diet cookbook, I would recommend the following recipes:
    Broccoli & Egg
    Casserole: Chicken and Broccoli
    Dessert: Brownies (Applesauce)
    Gumbo: Turkey Gumbo Soup
    Italian: Lasagna (Vegan with Tofu)
    Juice: Celery-Spinach-Parsley
    Salad: Avocado and Broccoli Salad
    Salad: Spinach, Salmon & Walnuts
Sandwich ALT – Avocado, Lettuce & Tomato
Seafood: Salmon (Grilled) with Green Beans
    Smoothie: Berries & Flaxseed
    Snack: Cajun Chicken Fingers
    Soup: Black-Eyed Peas & Vegetables
    Soup: Shrimp Vegetable Soup
    Stew: Artichoke & Garbanzo Bean
    Stir-Fry: Broccoli & Chicken
Stir-Fry: Shrimp, Cabbage, Carrots & Broccoli

The author also explains how to stir-fry properly, the right oils to use and why, how to prepare vegetable soup, and much more!

The cookbook is available online at:

Because of the diversity of recipes, the author of "Death to Diabetes" (Dewayne Mcculley) makes it so easy to stick with his Super Meal program. Plus, my wife likes his Food Tips because they explain how to transform your favorite foods and comfort foods into healthy foods that allow you to maintain sugar control!

p.s. I mentioned last time that he's on Youtube, here's a video of him talking about his coma recovery.

Sincerely,
Rich

This book is not theory, it's real. DeWayne McCulley's personal story is so inspiring - there is hope for diabetics. It walks you through each step (stage) in easy-to-follow steps. If you want to understand the science, it's in there. If you just want to get better, you can just follow the steps. If you want to do your own research, it gives you medical references. And, I've never read a health book that provided inspirational quotes from people like Oprah, Muhammad Ali, and Arthur Ashe. This book does not ignore the power of the human spirit; and, it gives you ideas how to use that spirit to get well!
